I am a PhD student in Ilenia Battiato’s group at the Department of Energy Resources Engineering in Stanford University. My research focuses on modeling reactive flow and mineral precipitation in porous and fractured media. I developed patch-based and data-driven upscaling algorithms to apply high-fidelity pore-scale modeling to large-scale problems. The research provides a reliable and efficient solution for physical processes that cannot be upscaled by traditional effective medium approximations.
